As a diligent and highly optimistic real estate agent, Sam Makhoul is passionate about helping real estate clients achieve their goals in a seamless and stress-free process. Born and raised in Lebanon, Beirut, he moved to San Francisco, California, at 28, and currently resides in San Jose, California. It was easy to fall in love with the community, appreciate the diverse culture and explore the opportunities there. His passion for Real Estate and understanding of the value of ownership drives him to provide an educational approach to the buying and selling process. He has an eye for the beauty California has to offer.
Prior to joining real estate, Sam worked for the last two years as a Notary Public, where he gained knowledge of the legal aspects of real estate transactions. He also worked as a general manager for a restaurant, managing three branches, one being in the Willow Glen area, where he is serving as a real estate agent. While there, Sam acquired excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills that come in handy in real estate. The extensive contacts he had established formed his first clientele in real estate.
Sam leverages his vast local market knowledge, skills, and expertise to guide, advise, and educate his clients, effectively empowering them to make well-informed decisions. A strong negotiator, he provides buyers with the best representation in finding their dream homes within their budgets. Sellers benefit from his superior marketing strategies to attract top dollar for their property. He goes above and beyond to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations. Clients compliment him for his enthusiasm, great work ethic, and outgoing personality, which have allowed him to earn his clients’ trust and create valuable professional relationships.
There’s never a dull moment in his free time, whether it be spent hiking, swimming, playing volleyball, or table tennis. Whereas owning or finding a place to call home can be an emotional journey with anxieties and misperceptions, dealing with Sam makes the difference.
